Dr. Jay Paris is the co-founder and owner of Northeast Spine and Wellness Center. He received his Doctor of Chiropractic Degree from Life University College of Chiropractic in Marietta, Georgia in 1994. Dr. Paris also has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Biological Sciences from the University of Delaware.

Dr. Paris has extensive post-graduate training in the Clinical Biomechanics of Posture, The Cox Lumbar Disc Technique, Activator Technique, The Pierce Technique and Extremity Manipulation for sports-related injuries. He has over 200 post graduate hours of training in Chiropractic Biophysics (CBP) and Spinal Biomechanics. Dr. Paris also specializes and has additional training in chiropractic care for pediatrics.

Dr. Paris is a trained specialist in the Clinical Biomechanics of Posture, a unique system of analysis and treatment of spinal and pelvic abnormalities. Correction is achieved with the use of exercises, stretching and adjustments as well as spine and pelvic traction methods. CBP® goes beyond the resolution of symptoms to achieve a structurally normal spine. Dr. Paris recently completed his personal training certification by the National Academy of Sports Medicine and incorporates this style of exercise into specifically designed rehabilitation and exercise programs.

He is also certified by National Chiropractic College in Manipulation Under Anesthesia which is used as a technique to help alleviate acute and chronic pain for specific patients in need of alternative pain management procedures. Dr. Paris is affiliated with several local outpatient surgical centers in New Jersey.
